This article is great! In the past couple months I have been weeding out all the harmful products out of our home and this just reassures me that I am doing the right thing! Anti-freeze in baby shampoo? Seriously?

very informative. i didn't even know that such a thing as a certified newborn specialist even existed. how does one train to become this?

I would add a mirror to see the baby in the car!!!! It has kept me from ssoooooo many wrecks to not turn my head to see what is going on when my baby was rear facing! I have a friend that didn't think to have one and she said she almost ran off the road because it sounded like her daughter was choking and she couldn't see if she was because she didn't have a mirror and she had to turn around.

I had heard about over-stimulation being a cause sometimes. Good to hear validation here Nancy. I have tried the bicycle exercise with my baby and it DOES work for sure!
