&lt;p&gt;-does your vitamin disintegrate quickly enough to be bioavailable for your cells?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-is your vitamin food-sourced, synethic, or an isolate? &amp;nbsp;there's a HUGE difference between a lab created vitamin versus one made by nature&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-has the company ever had a product recall?&lt;/p&gt;
