About The Mommy Memo

As a mom of two young daughters, I am continuously surprised at the challenges and joys that motherhood brings at every stage of a child’s life. Once a student of psychology, I am especially interested in child temperament and the “goodness of fit” between a parent and a baby or child.

I also have an artistic side! I am a child and family photographer (www.jraephoto.com) who loves to capture images of children that their families can enjoy for a lifetime. Although I love to work with all ages, my favorite subject to photograph is a newborn baby!
